Yesterday evening was the first time the Ladies in Business networking group met this year.
There was a large turnout from local businesswomen, who took the opportunity to meet with like-minded professionals based in the region.
The event was organised by Handelsbanken, Anthony Collins Solicitors and Harts Accountants, and they were delighted to be able to present the charity Reach Out and Recover (Roar) with a cheque for £800 which had been raised during events in 2022. The charity chosen for 2023 is The Rossendale Trust.
The event yesterday took place at the Bar of King Edward House, where ‘amazing’ cocktails were served alongside delicious food from The Plums Kitchen.
